House - Charley

On Wednesday evening Charley House, of Anderson, attempted to commit suicide at the residence of his father-in-law, J. C. Freed, by choking himself to death. He was for the time violently insane, being driven so by trouble with his wife. He was arrested, handcuffed and locked in jail until yesterday when his reason returned and he went on his way rejoicing.
